Exactly. Aluminum cost is mostly electricity. But it's a sure bet someone will start pushing a "peak aluminum" theory...and getting to do research.

Totally different subject, I am reading book with a right wing prespecitve on the Iraq war. It has convinced me that the Bush Administration represents "peak stupidity" and we will have to start importing clueless politicians after this. The Bushies worked so hard to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory - and they have succeded for many years. But now, they are running out of stupid, and Iraq is getting better.

I expect one reason the USD is getting stronger -
a little more than four months to go.
