I used to own CREE when it fell to 7 and lower sometime after its public offering and I sold it much too early (it went to 40 or something). I have not followed it up since. Then they were unprofitable and few Japanese companies were improving theri technologies. Furthermore, some III-V materials are being developed for similar applications. Here at 10, it might be time to look at it again. I'll try and see what I can learn about them.
