Powell would be a game-changer, but I don't think it is going to happen. Lieberman would be a good choice, but for the fact he would alienate a lot of the Right.

Romney is the obvious choice, although Whitman might serve to draw in the women's vote.

I think Obama made the best choice he could have made other than Hillary. McCain has a lot more to choose from -- it is easy to think of 20 Republicans who would make excellent vp candidates.
