Very true, Emile. Nothing beats that menu. Besides that fresh oysters on the half shell from Europe and a few places in the US, where they take a pride in serving them natural ("fishy taste, ick!" but still not washed out) yes, add that as well. By the way, IMO there are two kind of people, crab eaters and those who don't eat crabs. Taro
