Frost obviously felt IVX was fairly valued at 15. The stock, now being at 8 3/4, has delt Frost et al a rather severe blow to his net worth considering that the stock recently traded in the high twenties. THAT is what I mean by getting one's clock cleaned - a beating. Frost et al had a plan that didn't work. It appears that subsequent plans have not been fruitful. They've reduced debt dramatically. They've sold assets. They've cut costs. What more can they do to get this company on the right track and recover some of the lost wealth?

Answer 1: Blockbuster drug(s). I don't know of any in the pipeline. Do you?

Answer 2: Sell the company for 14, what i think another company would pay for it.

Answer 3: Sit quiet. Watch Mylan et al and the Mexicans kill them, and the stock price drip and drivel lower.

This is my quick and dirty evaluation.

What prompted you to buy and what causes you to hold on?
