Cary, <<...nobody wants to buy the first 300mm fab>> Is this due to normal alpha release quality concerns or are there other significant disadvantages to being early? Are all the processes in place now for 300mm volume production or is the technology only capable of pilot plant testing currently? Are there big cost advantages to waiting vs. early adoption? On another note, KLAC is due to announce EPS this Tuesday afternoon. Have you found KLAC CCs to be revealing or significant in terms of industry trends? Do you expect the report to move the equips, and in which direction? SC
