Not a reasonable interpretation of the sales information. After all, "Wurtman Blind Trust" indicates that this is a sale of 37,000 shares over which he did not have control, from a trust which had 45,000 shares in it. Perhaps his trustee decided to sell, but that hardly qualifies as an 'insider' decision. Since Richard Wurtman still owns around 890,000 shares, it seems self-serving on your part to define this as a lack of confidence in IPIC by 'insiders.' NeuroInvestment
