With all due deference, I suggest you wait until you know all the facts. If the software division is being sold for $1.50 per Docucon share, that is approximately 5 times revenues of that division, certainly not a steal and probably near full value, especially if the new owner has to add additional capital to exploit the market. I, for one, will wait patiently until I have all the information.

I am not certain whether this deal requires s/h approval. If it is a Delaware company (I should know, but I don't), the directors may be able to do the deal without shareholder approval. In any event, insiders probably have enough stock to get it approved if it goes to a vote.
