Charles, Was Jimmy Carter a learned man? IMO it is philosophy that matters most in a good leader who then delegates to others the responsibility of implementation. IMO - Barrack will never be able to stand up to Nancy and Harry - each of whom are dangerous to the economic status of the republic. More simply put - Nancy and Harry are complete FOOLs!
