This is what I suddenly realized is the reason. They aren't liberals. They are "progressive-socialists" intent on destroying and controlling this country. They have no respect for those who have served this nation in any capacity----in this case Eisenhower being the one who is being slurred and torn down. The real liberals are the people who believe in personal liberty and not progressive-socialist-control of the people. The real liberals are the independent and Republican voters who will not be swayed by the rhetoric of the progressive-socialists of the Democrat Party.
