David,

I own PXD which declared a .05 div for shareholders on record as of 9/16 payable on 9/30... Guess what...? no dividend in my account yet either as of 10/17. I did call DATEK and to their credit on CS improvement, I got a rep in about 3 minutes. He will get back to me.

However, as I write this I realize there is a complicator: I transfered the shares of PXD from another brokerage to DATEK (I've owned PXD since Aug '97) and the shares according to DATEK history arrived 9/23 (after the date of record of 9/16). This transfer can not affect my dividend (I owned the stuff at 9/16), but I'll bet DATEK has something screwed up because of the transfer.

I'll post to you when resolved... you do the same for me.
Dan
