Sonny:

Thanks for the post. For me, as soon as I get close to a dentist's office I start my Novacain chant...No Green Beret here. If I were a spy and capture behind enemy line and they tried to torture me with a dentist's drill, I would tell them all I knew.

Read the article on MSFT. Unless there is some turn around in market psychology, what they report may be irrelevant. If they have a conference call that is lackluster, they may go down. What is a number anyway?

I really hated to sell the SUNW and take the loss, which was considerable, but I do not see SUNW popping back up. With the lower earnings, the downgrade, the suit against MSFT etc. it may take some time. So I move that money into CPQ which nay do better; althoug I do not know. I bought it 10 minutes before the market closed; it had moved from -4 1/4 to -3. My purchase however triggered more selling as it went down another 3/4. What's one to do?

What do you think about Monday. In 1987 it was Monday that was the killer. People who sold on Friday and had cash Monday did well. I thought about that as I was buying on Friday. I have the feeling that Monday will be another wild day. I just hope people let up on the techs.
