There is a follow on article this AM's Standard Times. Basically it reports the ENUFF lawyer's crowing about how important the Rosen affidavit is to his clients' case.

I see it differently. With the affidavit there doesn't seem to remain any question that the Fairhaven odor problem can be solved. The question is how? and at what cost? If the current plan is not successful (as Rosen predicts) Biosafe will have to construct an enclosure. They can do that. But will they then still make money?

I think the answer is yes, but would like reassurance from the company. I can understand, however, their reluctance to comment since they would prefer staying with the cheaper plan A (assuming it controls the odors) even if plan B is economically acceptable. However, they have nothing to gain by operating a nuisance, alienating neighbors, and increasing the risk of getting shut down altogether by the courts.
