if you'll look back to july 96, there was a "tech stock meltdown of mega proportions". what does that mean if it happens again? the same thing that it meant last fall, BARGAINS GALORE!!!!! since i'm a value investor, i look foward to such "meltdowns" since it's pretty obvious that most of these tech stocks are exceedingly volatile. in fact the more that go down at once, the easier it is to pick future winners. the only limiting factor is the amount of money a person has to invest.
