Mike, I swiched to GTE LD from ATT and its been fine since day one. What you might want to do is send a copy of your open experience to your regional head of LD with a copy to Mr Lee. Bet you'll be on GTE LD in a hurry. And don't forget a list of the names of the people you have dealt with and specific dates.

I used to be in banking and you can't beleive all of the people out there who beleive its their right to collect a check without doing anything.
