You can please some of the people some of the time, and then you have the people that expect to be pleased all of the time. Obama is the best thing to come up the political highway in decades, and we still have people that will pull their thumb in, hoping for the proverbial limo filled with chicks. The common message voiced so strongly last night was Obama's ability to inspire and think pragmatically. He and Biden have incredible stories of overcoming adversity. The US is facing some of its greatest crisises in our lifetimes. We will need those with experience in building from the ground up and in making the right decisions in times of despair to lead. You can lead with inspiration or you can lead with coercion and distortion like the current persons in charge. I guess those who have such a difficult time with Obama prefer the latter.
