I don't think so; the White House only has colonaded porches, not the whole facade. I don't think they know what they're trying to emulate, which is what makes visually confused.

Really, if they wanted a backdrop set they would have done much better to evoke a Norman Rockwell mainstreet feel. Or much better yet, just imitate Kennedy's arrangement of a large podium.
