And I thought Myth was the cynic! -g- Hey, don't forget the financials. They're safe now as well. LEH's telling us that FNM and FRE are really better capitalized than everyone thinks. With unemployment falling, the financials stabilizing, GDP rising it's clear sailing! Even housing may be bottoming. you gotta get on Myth's bandwagon. OR not, if you believe it's all bullshit -g-
