For at least one good reason-it is illiquid. Occasionally it seems someone tosses in a market order and gets fleeced in both the warrant and the stock. These tails on the warrant chart must have been from ill advised market orders.

So please, don't use market orders on either the stock or the warrant. You can and will be fleeced. Volume and liquidity should improve with time but I would still never use a market order for ESA.
