Wayne/David - Concerning factory expansion my bet would be that there will be need for more space if set-top boxes or other components are going to be made for the U-Tel people. I think David mentioned getting that underway sometime in '98. If toys are being produced full time now, there can't be too much space left over for U-Tel goodies - unless the same mold machines can be used for both - running three shifts or so.
