Having said all of that, the Green types probably wanted a summer hotter than all the others before it, but they got what may be one of the coolest on record. The Greens and I have in common a desire to burn lots of natural gas, but for completely different reasons. As far as T. Boone goes, I think that he might want a lot of folks to believe that he is Mr. Green, but I am piling up lots of analysis that suggests that he is in it for the tax credit. Stated differently, he sees an opportunity to make a buck off of the Green Panic. Just how in Hades does he propose to get that power from his farm to market when the Greens keep derailing any significant power line construction?
