Boy there is no doubt about that one.....MS sure has screwed up the Business of Netscape.

How would you like it if 3 rich Docs.....who didn't need the money...moved in on all three side of your office....and started giving away all their services for free?

I for the life of me don't know why they haven't sued MS yet.

As for competition with MS....Intuit has done faily well against MS....I like seeing them on the Board.

Keep in mind one thing in everybody's favor here....including Netscape....Nobody's gonna hand any thing over to MS without a Fight....Bill got lucky with IBM when they handed him the OS. Luck is not gonna have anything to do with this.....it's gotta be a good model.

If you start looking at all the things MS is trying to Excell in;

Checkfree------On-Line Banking & Bill Paying
Netscape-------Browser / Server War
AOL---------------On-Line Service War ISP(including search)
Broadcasters- PC / TV Cabel War

and the list goes on...and on.

Looking at at the fights MS has got going.....reminds me of the Joke.....How do you eat an Elephant?

ONE BITE AT A TIME!
