You said but to suggest that a conspiracy is an extremely low odds probability is absurd.

Your statement basically contains all I need for a rebuttal.

I guess you could make a case that you are correct if your definition of conspiracy is defined as anything that doesn't go your way. However, I am not aware of mainstream acceptance of that definition.
