lol, the filings you are looking at are from 1993. pennsylvvania doesn't have an annual report like nevada or delaware. you think calderon owns diversified? i dont know, so be it how does it affect beacon and what exactly is the beef with it r u saying that there is no brick? they came into a shell, did no reverse split, and saved the shareholders. it was itlv with no bid and an ask of .0001. mo0st companies with 2 billion out reverse split and kill the shareholders. adam marek did not do that, it was a godsend to the investors.
