LOL!!! Frankly Mr. Owl, Nixon was a Cub Scout compared with the current bunch. Did Nixon cause 4000+ Americans + hundreds of thousands of others to die, and a Trillion dollars (to date between Afghanistan and Iraq) to be spent to make us 100-fold LESS SAFE all predicated on an intentional baldfaced lie about nonexistent WMDs??????? One should watch Frontline's 4+ hour special called "Bush's War", available on DVD and totally nonpartisan, - "Just the facts, Owl" - But you'll puke when you learn all of the facts, it's worse than what even you think. And the American people let them get away with all of this because of a simple word called "apathy" which is the true enemy of Democracy. Bush will go down as the worst President in history, bar none.
A mere trillion$$$ to be 100x Less Safe than ever before - your tax dollars at work!!!! But hey, Bush told us that Iraq would pay us back with oil money, so no problem, right???? So if the war stops today and Iraq starts paying us back a billion per year, in 1000 years we'll have the principal back and in 100,000 years we'll have the interest back... what a deal! |
