we got our roofs done around the same time.. two neighbors were thinking of having their roofs done when i told them the great price i got. well one got his done a few months ago at a 50% increase over my price of two years ago. Now the other neighbor got an estimate same contractor and its double, he said materials have doubled.. certainly not labor. g He also told him that in the next 90 days another large increase in shingles was announced by their supplier.
