Republicans literally stunned by Obama's speech. Their first stammering response was reflexive and weak. They are even considering delaying their convention or toning it down considerably. Maybe they'll get their wind back tomorrow, with the exciting news that Tim Pawlenty is their VP pick. Obama punched the Republicans right in the snout. If Kerry had done half as well four years ago, he'd be accepting his partys nomination for a second term. The Dems have finally found someone who will fight back.
