re: Cox's latest blah. Cox is trying to shift public's attention from the "Abusive Short Selling" issues to that of "International Accounting Standard". Nothing new in his latest blah in the sense that he has not proposed new rules in strict enforcement of illegal short sales and non-delivery of certificates on settlement dates. He refers to the old "SHO" regulations, but no strict ways to enforce them. Cheers,
