Pat: I'm not qualified to answer that question except to say MCRE mgt. certainly knows the limits to tying to Apple. I will say I am more fearful of the direction of the general market simply because of Greenspan's last comments. If the market becomes silly in values,that is a concern. You have only to look at Japan to see what over-valuations can do to an economy e.g. real estate and a struggling banking system. Can you believe they had to raise rates (to support the banks that are in the red on bad real estate loans they still have not recognized ) when their economy is dead for lack of consumer activity? Greenspan is not about to let that happen in the US. So keep your eye on the forest as well as the trees. If I get an insight on MACR I'll drop you a line.
