Freddie,you are right in that shareholders should not keep their hopes alive for any restitution to them,but there are other claimas against these moneys. Creditors,Expenses of the SEC,FBI,DOJ,Federal Courts and their hired help. There is where the problem lies. By the time all these folks get done there is nothing left for the suffering shareholder.
