<I'm still working on the wheat thing, everything except bread has been easy to get rid of for me.>

To my complete surprise, I have not missed wheat or bread for a second. All the things reported here have happened to me.

My nose feels a lot clearer (I have been suffering from allergic rhinitis)

My weight has gone down a few pounds, but amazingly my belt line is slowly shrinking and I have better muscle definition even though I am not currently doing any resistance training. This is out of proportion to the few pounds that I have lost.

I feel as like I am on a long term path of slowly taking off a few extra pounds without any discomfort or hunger whatsoever.

My general overall level of alertness and energy is improving.

My disposition seems to be improving-particularly with people that matter the most like my kids, my neighbors, and my dog.

So thanks to Dr. Davis, Lindy Bill, and the thread for a great idea.

Incidentally I did eat one half of a hamburger bun at a local joint one night. The next day I had a severe attack of rhinitis. This has been the only such attack I have suffered since I swore off wheat.
