I own both stocks. I believe VSVR is the one to play. I have recently sold some PCTL and bought more VSVR shares. Management of VSVR is more honest IMO. VSVR has turned the corner. After next quarter, PCTL business for VSVR will be insignificant so PCTL's problems will not be impacting VSVR much going forward. PCTL is more of a end to end Vendor, while VSVR provides the platform or bridge that allows incompatibe systems of the variuos hardware vendors to work together. In any event, PCTL is being pressurred by smaller less expensive systems and the threat from INTC. INTC is working with VSVR.
