It's not criminal to be incompetent, phoenix. However, James' affadavit uncovered a number of issues that could be imo. Us little guys always get hosed against big business imo. IMO, our only chance was James Feldman's extraordinary work and from what I understand, (I could be wrong) the judge basically blew him off and even gave ampex management indemnification.

Bramson, Mckibben, and Strickland are just white collar crooks that know how to play the system. All we have left is that Karma thing. They are a bunch of no good, rotten, greedy bastards.
