Pat: I really am not qualified to anser your questions. Fundamentals in term of analysts" projections favor mcre (for what those may be worth.} And I do believe mcre mgt is well aware of risks in Apple and are departing that ship. For the moment, I would give more attention to the direction of the market. I suspect Greenspan told those who want to listen he is not about to let over-valuations take hold in the US and cause the kind of damage that Japan can't squirm out of. I believe Fed policies hereon are more important to your trades than anything else.
