I am not qualified to answer your questions. I do see where analysts appear to favor outlook for mcre -- for that that may be worth. The question in my mind is about the direction of the market. Which is more important to you than short term trades. Hard to stay alive in a declining market when the flow of capital is against you. In this regard, I am more concerned about what Greenspan is telling the world -- he is not about to let over-valuations do to the US what they did to Japan.
