Agreed, McCain has chosen someone who is guaranteed to be a completely pliable subordinate. I'm sure that's part of the reason Obama chose Biden over Hillary too; Joe is past his own presidential ambitions.

But if the president has a sudden stroke or heart attack, I know which one is capable of walking into the Oval Office and knowing what to do next. It won't be Palin.
