And he continues to display those qualities with the choice of his running mate. The criteria that he set, and how he set aside every other consideration and made his choice. If he wanted a "yes" man he could have chosen his "early" endorsers such as Richardson, Dodd etc. Or he could have chosen someone who could could pull in votes from a certain ideological bloc of voters. But instead he chose someone who only worked in Washington but did not rub noses with lobbyists at evening parties etc. He chose someone who like him, still retain the common touch. And most importantly he chose Biden, who could look someone in the eye and tell them what they are to their face.

And it is that decision making process that is key to deciding on who should be the CEO.
