The above is equally meaningless - meaningless. Simply put some jobs pay more than others. What jobs are women in? What jobs are men in? If women go disproportionately into teaching and men disproportionately into engineering - is the salary difference the result of gender.

You make bold statements with no support. They remain ludicrous on their face.
