BJ, we are in the middle of the earning season. Companies officers are typically forbidden to make insider trades in periods close to earning announcement. Imagine what would happen to the stock of a company if its CEO sells (for whatever reason) a week before earning!! Also, most companies have a small window of time in each quarter when insiders can make trades. This is company specific and the best way to find out is to call the company IR. Net, don't expect much insiders selling or buying at this period of time. It's a non-issue right now.
