>>> be a footnote on Obama's resume.

This is a really stupid remark. I've been asking for months for some of you people to explain just what about Obama's resume qualifies him for the presidency, and not one of you has been able to formulate a cogent response. Some, e.g., CJ, have just refused to try (the inference being that it is a tough assignment).

Obama is clearly less qualified for the presidency than is Ms. Palen unless a lack of experience as an attorney somehow makes him qualified.

He was a community organizer, who failed at that job; she was a mayor. He was a Senator for 143 days; she was a governor.

And I can't help but think most Americans are going to view her life experience as far more compelling than a guy who really has no history other than frriendly associations with characters of questionable integrity.

She could well prove to be a knockout punch.
