Steve, like I said before, if you are a black man with an engineering degree, high-tech companies such as Intel are literally climbing over each other to hire you. To which the affirmative action proponents will move the goal posts and point to the fact that very few black students graduate from engineering. By the way, I'm still waiting for Z to tell me how he wants to "equalize the outcomes" between Google and my own high-tech startup. I can even claim that my technology reduces global warming.
