And Gustav still has yet to cross the warm current loop in the Gulf of Mexico, and the isolated loop just south of New Orleans. I see now that some of the intensity forecasts are up to a Category 4, and I've heard that at least one forecaster has been speculating that a Category 5 is not out of the question as the storm approaches the US mainland, perhaps as early as late Monday or more likely early Tuesday... EK!!!
