every thing russia does is a contrivance to further its attempt to push itself back to its old identity. russia hasnt done a responsible thing in the last four years, its a facilitator for the peak oil myth, its intent is to place itself at the center of extortion.....a methodology designed into putins russia, its considered a big advantage in the absence of any integrity.
russia is a dysfunctional society/economy where the few extort the many, its built into the psyche of russias control units.
