Zen
I concur. I still am hoping wishing and dreaming, but the pragmatic side of things is basic and elementary.
If my business was sucking oxygen for cash and gasping for working capital, I would not say that its position was stronger than ever.
The PROSPECTS may be greater than they ever have been, but that isn't saying much when compared to the actual financial results. Funny thing about those stubborn facts, they never seem to go away.
While Internet's hopes and dreams remain strong, as do many of the fine folks here, and looking at the many tentacled directions that wave could "possibly" be involved in, the FACT remains, it is on oxygen and struggling to breathe.
IF it does not get an infusion of cash to continue operations, it will die, just like anyone who can no longer breathe.
This is hard and cold, not popular to say, but the truth.
It also is not an indicator of a strong position.
I am differentiating between what is actually being in a strong position versus having strong future potential, and there is a world of difference between the two.
ANYBODY who has run a company, business, whatever, knows this to be the case.
When you run out of money for daily operations and have no other resources left, you are in deep trouble.
Let's hope that it does not come down to this.
the best,
