You either don't know or don't remember Cox's repeated rhetoric without substance to stop the abusive naked shorting. We can hope for strict enforment under a new SEC's chairman -- part of Obama's CHANGE?

Strict enforcement? Ha! They would rather have the taxes from the profits.....you know, income redistribution. Remember, to each according to the need. Socialism. That is what they think is fair.
