Cornbread Can you even comprehend what you are reading? The writer you just posted doesn't know what Obama meant. He admits that. He says "probably". The reason no ones knows is because Obama won't answer the few inquiries that have been made to him and the MSM is burying the story. He dissembles and uses past Obama statements to distort what Obama said. What Obama did do in his speech is give a laundry list of changes he wants to make.
