Notice the phrase----"could have been thrown out" by Obama in reference to the whereabouts of his State Senate Records of Illinois.

As a mother if a child of mine told me that his school papers "could have been thrown out", my first statement would be "you get those papers immediately, or you are grounded for a month".

Obama's remark is of that ilk-----flimsey excuse----likely he knows where those papers are-----and is hedging.

"Chasing the rest of Mr. Obama's paper trail is often an exercise in frustration. Mr. Obama says his state senate records "could have been thrown out" and he didn't keep a schedule in office. No one appears to have kept a copy of his application for the Illinois Bar. He has released only a single page of medical records, versus 1,000 pages for John McCain."

If they were thrown out, this indicates to this writer that Obama has a callous regard for the history of Illinois and of America.
