"...Presidential candidate is promoting fear..." this is not party specific. both parties will do this as a play related to loss aversion. obama must frame the contest as too risky to continue in the current way. sure this is fear based. mccain will play fear via the tactic that obama lacks experience to lead, thus the safety of our country is at stake.
