I agree with you; however, if you have been watching TV when they ask republicans that, they start in that Obama doesn't have experience or they evade the question and stay on message. Have you noticed how hard it is to get ANY answer other than them staying on message? There is generally nothing new or fresh said, it's the same message over and over from the party line. (I do have to point out that no less than three TV moderators since the announcement of Palin have said to the person they were interviewing, "You did not answer the question." Then they asked the question again.)

Years ago I was in a leadership role and had politically training and what did they teach???? STAY ON MESSAGE AND DON'T GO OFF. They repeatedly said that's the way to not get boxed in or say something wrong.
