I agree with you, but those on our thread, as you put it, were referring to Carter and were not guilty of calling anyone by a racial epithet. Recently one of regulars on the leftwing sites called one of "our" regulars by a demeaning slur. This ws a first on the thread. Fortunately that post was deleted.
